Our on-the-go convenient payment solution. This solution is ideal for customizable payment amounts to be sent via text, WhatsApp, or email. Available through our mobile app and website, our merchants are able to conveniently bill any amount to their customers, streamlining the transaction process.

Single Invoicing

Bulk Invoicing

Allows you to perform certain actions on multiple invoices at once, saving you time and effort. You can upload the data by a sample Excel sheet given.

Scheduled Bulk

If you are planning ahead scheduled bulk will be your savor as you can schedule the exact date and time to send invoices. A sample Excel sheet would be provided as well.

All invoices have the option of resend and cancel; either by default since the links have a validity of 72 hrs or the merchant can manually interfere when the want the link to be cancelled.

Hesabe offers physical POS terminals to seamlessly integrate our merchants’ transactions. One of the services Hesabe provides is call center integration. We integrate our SMS API with your call center solution, this feature allows the call center to generate invoices for customers with a click of a button.

Reports

All payment solutions enable merchants to access reports that supply transaction details and real-time tracking information, so that data and trends can be analyzed.

Merchant can check the statues of transactions, type, commission breakdown and whether the payment transferred or not. From report list field.

To show the detailed breakdown for each transferred amount, Knet or Credit Card. From payment transferred field. Simple ways to make refunds. It can be requested either from our Heasbe Application or the Merchant Web Panel. Convenience fee charges can be edited through the application or website. This feature allows the merchant to add their employees in the application. Business owners can customize user permissions for accessing any feature in the application/website for each employee based on their role in the business.

QR code

Through implementing a QR code scanner, our merchants are able toadd another layer of convenience to their money collection. Our merchants’ customers conveniently scan the QR code provided by the merchant to be taken to the appropriate secure payment portal to ensure efficient processing.

QR code can be created through our the Hesabe application in two forms:

QR Code with a Fixed amount

The ability to generate a QR Code with one fixed amount to pay either for the event, or product.

QR Code with a Flexible amount

The ability to generate a QR Code with a range where a minimum and a maximum amount is presented to the customer to pay either for the event, or product.

Sender ID

Hesabe also offers merchants the option of white labeling their payment checkout page, meaning their logo as well as their own terms and conditions can be placed within the design of the page, heightening their brand awareness as well as the SMS links can be sent with the merchant name if the sender ID is activated.
